Signature Customized Prepared Meals
Do you find yourself caught in this challenging space of not having the time to focus on healthy foods, yet not content with the options readily available? Imagine if you could have minimally processed, nutritionally balanced meals at your fingertips that have been designed just for you.
Our Signature Customized Prepared Meals Service is available to a select number of clients each week, and includes individually crafted menu plans and chef-prepared meals that cater to your health goals and dietary preferences.
Cooking Classes | Events

We’ve partnered with hosts on a variety of event types with customized menus that allow for stress-free entertaining that will wow your guests. We source locally when possible to bring your event a true farm-to-table experience.

We are proud to partner with local composting company, O-Town Compost, to reduce the amount of food waste during our culinary operations and support the local food system. O-Town Compost provides a no-hassle solution for a greener environment to local businesses and residents in efforts of making Central Florida waste-free.
Local Farms
There’s nothing better than the fresh flavor, vibrancy, and nutrient density of farm-to-table ingredients. We make it a priority to partner with various local Florida farms when possible. Some of our preferred farms include Frog Song Organic, Noble Roots, and Super Top Farms.
Golden Hour Wine
Golden Hour Wine is a woman-owned, local wine shop and bar located in Baldwin Park. They offer Orlando’s best and largest selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wine. We love working with Heather Lavine, shop owner, on creating the perfect wine pairings for private cooking class and dinner party menus for our clients to create an unforgettable experience.
